Refund Policy:

At Glassbox Plus Architects, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event of any issues with your order, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Dimensions or Mismatched Plot Size: If you receive a PDF of different dimensions or a plot size that does not match the outer boundary, you are eligible for a refund.

  2. Non-receipt of Ground Floor Plan: If you do not receive the ground floor plan within four working days in your registered email ID, you are entitled to a refund.

  3. Receipt of Blank PDF: If you receive a blank PDF in your registered email within four working days, you can request a refund.

To initiate the refund process, please contact us via email at glassboxplusarchitects@gmail.com. Please note that we provide digital products only, in the form of PDF or JPEG files. Physical copies will not be sent.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order for a floor plan is placed, it cannot be canceled. We request that you carefully review the description of the floor plan before making your online purchase. If you have any doubts or confusion regarding which floor plan to order, please contact us before placing your order.

Please remember that our products are delivered digitally in the form of PDF or JPEG files. No physical copies will be sent.
